General Provisions

This document outlines the terms ensuring the protection of copyright for materials published on the www.trident.estate website, which belong to the investment consulting agency Trident.Estate, operating in Ukraine under a registered sole proprietorship (FOP) with the appropriate business classification codes (KVEDs).

All textual, visual, and analytical materials published on the site, including property descriptions, articles, legal reviews, photos, videos, diagrams, graphics, and site structure, are subjects of copyright and intellectual property of Trident.Estate.

Legal Protection of Content

Trident.Estate protects its copyrights in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights," as well as international regulations including the Berne Convention and TRIPS Agreement.

Any copying, reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or other use of materials from the website is permitted only with written permission from the copyright holder or in compliance with the conditions specified below.

Conditions for Using Materials

Partial or full use of materials from the Trident.Estate website is only allowed under the following conditions:

Liability for Copyright Infringement

Violation of Trident.Estate's copyrights entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability under Ukrainian legislation and international law.

The company reserves the right to take legal action, as well as to use pre-trial settlement mechanisms and content blocking measures for illegally published materials on third-party platforms.

Protected Website Elements

The following are considered objects of copyright:

• any website texts including: reviews, comparisons, analytical and legal article texts,
• photos and visual materials of properties,
• marketing descriptions and investment reviews,
• logo, brand elements, and website structure,
• unique consulting templates and client interaction formats.

Request to Use Materials

To obtain permission to use materials from the website, you must send an official request to info@trident.estate including:

• the purpose and form of use,
• specific materials,
• method of distribution (internet, print media, presentations, etc.),
• applicant information.

All requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
